Coming from a place of passion, Chris Fernandes is a longstanding Recruiter who enjoys every moment of helping organizations gain what they deserve the most: time, growth, and success. Known for his high energy and passion for building meaningful connections, Chris brings a 25+ year background involving employee screening, boosting employee satisfaction/retention rates, and the art of making the entire recruitment process as positive as it is productive. Even more, he enjoys not just guiding organizations on reaching innate potential with top talent, but doing so all while ensuring leaders feel confident that their next hire will be the RIGHT hire.

Prior to Fernandes Consulting LLC - a boutique search, recruitment, and placement firm, Chris attended West Chester University where he played soccer and began working within the social services sector with a residential facility that housed children in crisis. Later exploring recruitment, Chris spent the next 20+ years as the VP of a Southeast-based Legal recruiting firm. Fast forward to today, Chris has completed thousands of open searches, placed thousands of professionals, and since blended that experience to form Fernandes Consulting LLC.

Chris is a Pennsylvania native who has called Atlanta home since 1997 and typically spends his free time playing soccer, acting/modeling, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his twin daughters who are at UGA and his pup Jax.
